Mahorall Farm Cider Barn
We are developing an exciting new meeting place which is refreshingly different. Quaint and rustic with the addition of old museum pieces such as cartwheels, ploughs, cart and milk churns as interesting furniture.
Carpeted by recycled material from the National Exhibition Centre adds to the comfortable atmosphere. Already the barn has been used for my wedding reception, a cider course, a great party for a local charity event with a band and also a surprise birthday party. At present we can cater for about 60 people and have suitable parking on a hard surface as well as extra parking in a field during the summer months. We can also provide fully licensed bar for the event.
The barn is a 'blank canvas' available for you to decorate as you wish. Bunting is available to hire as well as numerous sets of christmas style lights and simple additions such as ivy off the farm can make your party look special.
We also provide a field for camping close to the barn with the provision of a camp fire area.
It is available to hire for all kinds of events including: birthday celebrations, a meeting place, course venue and even wedding parties!
We are currently installing several toilets and also a shower.
We are still developing the venue and are hoping to provide a range of options for people to hire as 'bolt on' options. You can even hire a 5 burner gas barbeque for cooking your food.
We can of course provide cider for you as well as organise beer barrels from our fantastic local brewerys.
