We are constantly experimenting with new and exciting products made on the farm for people to enjoy. The majority of these products are however only available at some of the shows that we attend. This is because they are freshly prepared to achieve the best taste. I will attempt to list on the blog what products we are planning to bring to each show.

Mahorall Mulled Cider

This is an extremely popular winter drink that we make. It is warm cider which is quite simply unique. It has extraordinary depth achieved by adding a mix of Damson juice, Elderberry juice, light spices and a splash of orange juice to lighten the taste. Due to the great success of this drink we are planning to bottle it and to extend the shelf life to make it available for people to buy for next winter.

Our special non alcoholic drink suitable for children. A lovely blend of damson and elderflower that is beautifully refreshing on a hot summer's day.

Damson Cider - New in 2009!

Another great success. Everyone likes the taste of damson and the idea of mixing damson juice with cider - well sounds interesting doesn't it! A very popular product which went down a storm in 2009.

There are one or two more ideas in the cooking pot for 2010 so watch this space as it will be on the web site first!
